1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Executive Transportation of Nashville ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Executive Transportation of Nashville provides executive ground transportation services including airport transfers, corporate travel, hourly charter, and special event transportation throughout Nashville and Middle Tennessee. All services are delivered using professionally maintained luxury vehicles operated by licensed, experienced chauffeurs.

3. Reservations and Booking

Reservations may be made online at nashvilleexecutivecar.com, by phone at (855) 283-5466, or by email at reservations@etofnashville.com. All reservations are subject to vehicle availability. A confirmation will be provided upon successful booking. Please verify all trip details—including date, time, pickup location, and destination—upon receiving your confirmation.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be communicated by phone or email. The timestamp of notification determines the applicable policy.

5. Payment Terms

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Payment is due at the time of service unless a pre-approved corporate account has been established. Rates quoted are exclusive of tolls, parking fees, and gratuity unless otherwise specified.

6. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to treat our vehicles and chauffeurs with respect. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Alcoholic beverages may only be consumed with prior approval. Passengers are financially responsible for any damage to the vehicle interior caused during their trip, including cleaning fees for excessive soiling.

7. Limitation of Liability

Executive Transportation of Nashville shall not be held liable for delays or service disruptions caused by weather, traffic conditions, road closures, accidents, mechanical breakdowns, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In all cases, our maximum liability is limited to a refund of the fare paid for the affected service.

8. Flight Tracking

For airport transfer services, we provide complimentary real-time flight monitoring. In the event of a flight delay, your chauffeur's schedule will be adjusted automatically. We offer a complimentary wait time of 60 minutes after landing for domestic flights and 90 minutes for international flights to allow for baggage claim and customs processing.

9. Gratuity

Gratuity is not included in quoted rates unless explicitly specified at the time of booking. The industry standard for chauffeured transportation is 15–20% of the fare. Gratuity is at the sole discretion of the passenger.

10. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of equivalent or higher class if the originally reserved vehicle becomes unavailable. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any such substitution in advance.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Tennessee.
